Change the Owner on your American Savings Policy

  1. Download a Policy Ownership Change Form from below
  2. Open the document
  3. Fill in all blank fields in the form
  4. Print out the form
  5. Sign form
  6. Remember to have the new policy owner also sign the form
  7. Mail the form to the Company home office:
    American Savings Life Insurance Company

    Mesa, AZ 85203-8849
